A Note from Sha These workshops were created with the intention to help to facilitate change as well as helping you to empower and evoke your own natural abilities. If you know me then you know that I love to laugh and enjoy life to the full. Therefore these workshops imbue elements of creativity, enjoyment, freedom, liberation and acceptable change. In 2005 I started using the phrase, 'Love, Light & most importantly Laughter'. I used it in my emails, letters and texts. This was because I believe that we are here at this time, in this world, at this moment to enjoy life. Yes, we will learn life lessons and that learning may not always be smooth, calm or peaceful. Learning may come in the form of difficult people, odd places, and challenging events. But without challenge we have no experience. And without experience we have no wisdom. Without wisdom there is no growth. And without growth there is no change. It is my pleasure to share learning with you. I look forward to meeting all the beautiful and joyous souls who are ready to learn, share and have a new experience. Sha
